We accept intraoral scan files from all major systems including Trios, Itero, Medit, Carestream.CAD/CAM technology has evolved in recent years. Byron Dental Lab is on the forefront of technology, and we have an entire department within our full- service lab dedicated to CAD/CAM dental restoration cases. We support countless CAD/CAM dental scanners because we want to make the process seamless for you. Most scanner systems allow you to submit your case to us directly, without leaving the program that you work with. At Byron Dental Laboratory we accept files from any open system that exports your file to (.STL file)

Our Digital Process is as follows:

  • Step 1: Send your Digital file - Carefully capture the impression with your scanning device, transform the data to our email: [email protected]
  • Step 2: Digital Case Design - Once we receive your file, our digital specialists will carefully design each case ensuring precise fit, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Step 3: Delivery of the final product - As soon as the product is ready & checked by a QA Team, we will deliver the case in a timely manner to your office.
